Slice sausage into thin rounds
Dice zucchini & slice cherry tomatoes in half
In a large pot add a splash of oil, chicken sausage and veggies
Season with salt, pepper & garlic powder, stir cooking for 5 minutes until veggies soften
Push veggies and sausage to the side & add Boursin cheese, orzo & broth
Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes
Remove cover & add 1 cup of water, stir until cheese melts & continue cooking for another 5 minutes while it thickens & water has been absorbed. Add another splash of water if it becomes too thick. Remove from heat once orzo is cooked through
Serve and enjoy with chili flakes as garnish if desired
To reheat leftovers add a splash of water or broth
