Japanese Sweet Potato Cookies
  1. Let dough solidify in the fridge for 1 hour or freezer for 30 minutes.

  2. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.

  3. Push down the dough so it's flatter because these will not flatten out on their own in the oven.

  4. Let cool and then pop in the fridge so that they can solidify a little bit more and not fall apart once cooked.
