Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract, milk, vegetable oil, and honey. Mix until fully combined.
Fold the crushed Oreos into the batter.
In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, crushed Oreos, and cinnamon to make the swirl mixture.
Generously spray a 9×13-inch pan with nonstick baking spray.
Pour half of the cake batter into the pan and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle half of the Oreo brown sugar cinnamon mixture over the batter.
Pour the remaining batter on top, then add the rest of the brown sugar mixture.
Using the back of a knife, gently swirl the batter and cinnamon mixture together.
Bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick or knife inserted in the center comes out clean and the middle is set.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10–20 minutes.
Prepare the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
While the cake is still slightly warm, pour the glaze over the top. It will set and crackle, resembling honey bun icing.
Slice and enjoy your moist honey bun cake.
