Toss noodles with Seasoning A.
Slice onion and carrot thinly. Chop cabbage roughly.
Season pork with Seasoning B.
Cook noodles in a pan without oil until lightly browned.
Remove and set aside.
Add oil, then cook pork and vegetables.
Return noodles to the pan.
Add Sauce C and stir-fry.
Add toppings as you like.
