Crabcake Bake
  1. Mix the egg, mayonnaise, Dijon, parsley, and old bay.

  2. Gently fold in the crab meat.

  3. Add as much panko to hold the mixture together.

  4. Transfer to a prepared medium sized baking dish.

  5. Top with additional panko breadcrumbs.

  6. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons melted butter and transfer to 425 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

  7. Serve topped with clarified butter.
