Mix the egg, mayonnaise, Dijon, parsley, and old bay.
Gently fold in the crab meat.
Add as much panko to hold the mixture together.
Transfer to a prepared medium sized baking dish.
Top with additional panko breadcrumbs.
Drizzle with 2 tablespoons melted butter and transfer to 425 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve topped with clarified butter.
