Grilled Romaine
  1. Build a fire in your grill or preheat a gas grill.

  2. Make the dressing by mixing minced garlic, fish sauce/nori, mayonnaise, mustard, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

  3. Drizzle olive oil over quartered heads of lettuce and grill until lightly golden on each side.

  4. Paint the dressing over the lettuce, sprinkle with Parmesan, cover the grill for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese, then serve.
