First, make your creamy strawberry milk. Blend together all ingredients on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth. Yields a little more than 3 ½ cups of strawberry milk.
Add the oats and chia seeds to your jars and stir to combine. Add slightly under 1 cup of strawberry milk for each jar. Stir and let it sit for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Top with sliced strawberries. Stays fresh up to 4 days in the fridge.
