Season 48oz boneless skinless chicken thighs with Worcestershire, minced garlic, dijon mustard, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and thyme
Add 100ml beef bone broth and rosemary sprig to slow cooker with seasoned chicken
Cook on High for 3-4 hours or Low for 4-5 hours
While chicken cooks, prepare caramelized onions by dicing 4 yellow onions and cooking with 2 tablespoons butter
Add 32oz beef bone broth, 2 tablespoon Worcestershire, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tsp Dijon, and optional rosemary and thyme sprigs to onions
Simmer onions until caramelized
Prepare cheese sauce by combining 800g 2% cottage cheese, 200g Gruyère, 75g parmigiano reggiano, and 380ml milk
Mix approximately ¾ of caramelized onions into cheese sauce and season with black pepper and salt to taste
Cook 672g rigatoni to 50% doneness
Add cooked pasta and approximately 1 cup pasta water to slow cooker with chicken
Pour cheese sauce over pasta and chicken mixture
Garnish with chopped chives and remaining ¼ of caramelized onions before serving
