Sticky Sesame Tofu Steaks
  1. Press tofu, cut it into steaks and score it in zig zags, coat with cornstarch.

  2. Pan-fry until golden on all sides, then set aside.

  3. Whisk sauce ingredients and simmer until thick and glossy.

  4. Toss tofu back in to coat in the sticky magic.

  5. Serve hot, top with sesame, spring onions and chilli crisp
