Mix ½ cup of sugar, ¼ cup of HERSHEY’S Cocoa and salt in a medium saucepan; stir in ⅓ cup of hot water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; boil and stir 2 minutes.
Add 4 cups of milk; stir and heat until hot. Do not boil. Remove from heat; add ¾ tsp vanilla. Beat with whisk until foamy. Makes about six 6-ounce servings.
