FUDGY BROWNIES RECIPE
Ingredients:
Pre-heat oven to 150 Celsius degrees convection oven or 170 degrees Celsius conventional oven.
In a bowl, melt dark chocolate melts and butter by placing it on top of a bowl with hot water.
In a larger bowl, beat white sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract until sugar is all melted.
Add in mixed melted chocolate and butter. Mix well.
Add sifted flour and cocoa powder.
With a spatula, mix thoroughly.
Pour into a 24 cm square pan lined with baking paper.
Bake for 20 minutes at 150 degree Celsius convection oven or 170 degrees Celsius conventional oven.
Let it cool down before slicing into squares.
