Cook your noodles al dente. Rinse under cold water and save some pasta water.
Add everything except the noodles, oil, and pasta water to a cold pan.
Heat the avocado oil until very hot.
Carefully pour the hot oil over the sauce ingredients and stir until smooth.
Add the noodles and toss until everything is coated.
Add the pasta water if needed and mix until the sauce turns glossy and silky.
Garnish with green onions, chopped peanuts, julienned cucumbers, and more chili crisp.
