In a bowl combine milk, flour, cornstarch, egg, hot sauce and garlic powder. Mix until a thick batter forms.
To that bowl, add 3 chopped chicken breasts. Make sure each chicken chunk is fully covered in the batter.
With tongs, take your chicken from the batter and coat in panko. It’s best to let some of the batter drip off the chicken.
Place your breaded chicken on a parchment lined sheet tray.
Place 2 cups of oil in a large frying pan set over medium heat (350F). Once heated, drop your chicken in and fry for 6-7 min or until golden brown.
Remove from the pan and let cool on a wire rack.
Into a mixing bowl, add mayo, hot sauce, chilli garlic sauce and honey. Mix well and season with a pinch of salt.
