Mix 2 tbsp chia seeds, 100g Greek yoghurt, 30g protein powder, and ½ cup liquid of choice to create the base
For Raspberry Almond: Blend ½ cup frozen raspberries with 1 tsp chia seeds and 5g honey to make jam
For Lemon Blueberry: Add juice of half a lemon to the vanilla base, then blend ½ cup frozen blueberries with 1 tsp chia seeds and 5g honey for jam
For Choc Peanut: Use chocolate peanut flavoured protein powder in the base
Layer the chia base with the jam mixture
Top Raspberry Almond pudding with 1 tbsp almond butter
Top Lemon Blueberry pudding with 1 tbsp cashew butter
Top Choc Peanut pudding with ½ sliced banana, sprinkle of cinnamon, and 1 tbsp peanut butter
Refrigerate and serve as meal prep breakfast
