Perfected Chia Pudding Recipes
  1. Mix 2 tbsp chia seeds, 100g Greek yoghurt, 30g protein powder, and ½ cup liquid of choice to create the base

  2. For Raspberry Almond: Blend ½ cup frozen raspberries with 1 tsp chia seeds and 5g honey to make jam

  3. For Lemon Blueberry: Add juice of half a lemon to the vanilla base, then blend ½ cup frozen blueberries with 1 tsp chia seeds and 5g honey for jam

  4. For Choc Peanut: Use chocolate peanut flavoured protein powder in the base

  5. Layer the chia base with the jam mixture

  6. Top Raspberry Almond pudding with 1 tbsp almond butter

  7. Top Lemon Blueberry pudding with 1 tbsp cashew butter

  8. Top Choc Peanut pudding with ½ sliced banana, sprinkle of cinnamon, and 1 tbsp peanut butter

  9. Refrigerate and serve as meal prep breakfast
