  1. Roll the Enoki mushrooms into the thinly sliced beef

  2. Sauté the onions until they brown

  3. Layer the enoki beef rolls

  4. Make the sauce by combining water, dashi powder, soy sauce, and sugar

  5. Pour the sauce over the rolls, cover and let it fully cook

  6. Scramble an egg on top

  7. Add scallions

  8. Serve with rice
