Air-fryer Mozzarella Balls
  1. Tip the tortilla chips into a bowl and crush with the base of a wooden spoon until they resemble a rough crumb.

  2. Place the flour and egg in 2 separate bowls. Dip each piece of mozzarella in the flour, followed by the egg and finally the crushed tortilla chips until evenly coated. Place on the tray directly in the air-fryer.

  3. Once they are all coated, cook in the air-fryer at 180°C for 5-6 mins until golden, crisp and melted in the middle.

  4. Meanwhile, in a small pan, mix the passata and sriracha together until well combined and cook for 2-3 mins over a medium heat until warm. Spoon into a bowl and serve with the melting mozzarella balls.
