Preheat oven to 375º F
Place sliced apples in a mixing bowl, pour on the lemon juice and stir to coat.
Add in the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir to coat.
In a separate mixing bowl combine the ingredients for the oat topping. Mix until small clumps are formed and all is combined.
Pour the apples and any juices into an 8 x 8 inch baking dish and top with the oat topping.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the apples are bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
