Quick Mixed Pickled Veggies
  1. Fill a standard mason jar with veggies of choice (cucumber, carrot, and radish)

  2. Add 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  3. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos

  4. Add 1 tsp sesame oil

  5. Add 1 tsp sweetener if desired

  6. Add 1 clove grated garlic

  7. Add ½ tsp chili flakes or chili oil if desired

  8. Top with sesame seeds and green onion to finish
