Fill a standard mason jar with veggies of choice (cucumber, carrot, and radish)
Add 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
Add 1 tsp sesame oil
Add 1 tsp sweetener if desired
Add 1 clove grated garlic
Add ½ tsp chili flakes or chili oil if desired
Top with sesame seeds and green onion to finish
