Healthy Greek Yogurt Pancakes
  1. Mix everything (except berries) together in a bowl.

  2. Heat a pan with some butter or coconut oil.

  3. Use a spoon to drop the batter into the pan.

  4. Top with blueberries and allow to cook for 3-5 minutes.

  5. Carefully flip with a spatula & cook the other side until golden brown.

  6. Top your stack with pure maple syrup and enjoy.
