  1. Cut the kielbasa about half an inch thick

  2. Cut thick cut bacon in half

  3. Roll kielbasa and bacon together and secure with a toothpick

  4. In a bowl, combine pimento cheese, cream cheese, barbecue rub, shredded cheddar cheese, jalapeno, and bacon

  5. Using a ziplock bag, pipe the filling into the kielbasa and bacon rolls

  6. Top with jalapeno

  7. Set smoker temperature to 250°F and smoke for about 2 hours

  8. Top with honey
