Cut the kielbasa about half an inch thick
Cut thick cut bacon in half
Roll kielbasa and bacon together and secure with a toothpick
In a bowl, combine pimento cheese, cream cheese, barbecue rub, shredded cheddar cheese, jalapeno, and bacon
Using a ziplock bag, pipe the filling into the kielbasa and bacon rolls
Top with jalapeno
Set smoker temperature to 250°F and smoke for about 2 hours
Top with honey
