No Bake Oat Cups
  1. In a bowl together the first 4 ingredients.

  2. Pour about a tbsp of the mixture into a cupcake liner. Press down firmly, and make a little well in the middle.

  3. To make the raspberry chia jam mix together 1 and ½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen) with 1 tbsp chia seeds.

  4. Pour about a tbsp of the raspberry chia jam in the well.

  5. Pour over some melted chocolate and spread evenly.

  6. Freeze until set.
