Honey Garlic Chicken
  1. Trim the chicken to your liking then cut into bite sized cubes and add them to a large bowl. Drizzle in some oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder then mix till well combined.

  2. Get a large skillet going over medium-high heat and drizzle in some oil. Add in the chicken and let cook for 5-7 minutes without touching it, this helps build a nice crust. From there, give it a mix and let continue cooking mixing every few minutes until the chicken is crispy and cooked all the way through (largest piece should reach ~175°F internal).

  3. Once the chicken is done, remove it from the pan and drop the heat to medium-low then add in the garlic and green onions for the sauce. Let sauté for 3-5 minutes then add in the soy sauce and honey. Give it a good mix then add the chicken back in. Let cook mixing frequently until sauce thickens.

  4. Roast green beans at 425°F for 20-30 minutes or until done to your liking (Mix half way through)

  5. Plate it up & ENJOY!
