Preheat oven to 400°F.
Add pasta, chicken, garlic, broth, cream, sun-dried tomatoes, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to a large baking dish. Stir.
Cover tightly with foil and bake 35–45 minutes.
Remove foil and stir.
Stir in parmesan and spinach. Cover and bake 5 minutes.
Top with mozzarella and extra parmesan. Bake uncovered 10 minutes until melted and bubbly.
