Gio's Pasta Dough

275g 00 Sieved Flour

1 tsp Salt

½ tbsp Olive Oil

2 Whole Eggs

3 Yolks

Pinch Saffron in tbsp hot water

Make a well with the flour, add the eggs, egg yolks, olive oil and saffron water.

Mix by hand until forms a dough, need until gluten starts to bond.

Wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes
