Homemade Corn Muffins
  1. Combine the dry ingredients, whisk very well.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients.

  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir them together until there are no more clumps.

  4. Spoon batter into greased cupcake liners.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 425 degrees for 20- 25 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins.
