Drain the soaked lentils
Add the lentils and eggs to a blender or food processor and blend until partially pureed, but not entirely smooth
Add breadcrumbs to absorb some of the liquid
Heat oil in a pan
Drop spoonfuls of the lentil mixture into the hot oil and flatten them out
Flip the lentil nuggets after a few minutes, cooking until they are crispy and browned
Drain the cooked lentil nuggets on a paper towel
