Place the freeze-dried strawberries in a ziploc bag and crush them into a powder consistency using a cup or rolling pin. You can also crush them in a blender if you prefer a more fine consistency that blends better into the yogurt.
In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, powdered freeze-dried strawberries, maple syrup, and ground cinnamon. Once combined, spread out onto a parchment paper-lined baking pan into a rectangular shape.
Thinly slice your fruits and spread them evenly on top of the yogurt.
Sprinkle all over with granola, sprinkles, and any of your favorite toppings.
Place the pan in the freezer for 2 hours and break them into small bark pieces.
Transfer the pieces to a freezer-safe ziploc bag or container to store!
