Put all ingredients in a bowl
Add eggs, milk and vanilla and mix together with a hand (manual) beater.
Pour melted margarine and stir thoroughly.
Smear your pan sparingly with margarine (using e.g. a paper towel) before baking first pancake and place on medium heat.
Make a stack of pancakes and let cool.
When reasonably cold, spread sugar and roll pancakes or spread jam thinly, cover with whipped cream and fold over twice.
