Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant
Add in broccoli and seasonings, cooking for 1 minute
Mix in orzo, cook for another minute, then stir in chicken broth and heavy cream
Cover with a lid, lower heat, and simmer 10 minutes until orzo is cooked through
Remove lid and mix in parmesan and fresh parsley
Heat olive oil in a separate cast iron pan and sear all sides of steak until crispy brown crust forms
Lower heat, add butter and rosemary to pan, spooning melted butter over steaks and cooking until desired internal temp/pinkness
