Creamy Beef & Shells Pasta
  1. Bring salted water to a boil, cook pasta shells until al dente, then drain and set aside.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add onion and sauté until soft.

  3. Add garlic and ground beef, cook until browned. Season with paprika, Italian herbs, salt & pepper.

  4. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.

  5. Pour in tomato sauce and beef broth. Simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.

  6. Lower the heat, add cream and stir well. Add the cooked pasta shells.

  7. Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.

  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
