Set oven to 300°F
Score hot dogs in a cross-stitch pattern to get that pinecone look
Lather on mustard/mayo and season with Kinder's first, then smoked paprika
Place dogs onto a warming rack and allow to cook for 30-45 mins, or until you see the crust set and hot dogs opening up
On the stovetop, throw together butter, brown sugar, and Kinder's Gold and mix
Cut dogs into thirds, place into a cast iron skillet ensuring they're scored side up and evenly lather on the bbq mixture
Increase oven temp to 350°F and let the pinecones sit for another 30 mins or until you're satisfied with the char
Remove and let sit for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
