Garlic Naan
  1. Combine water, sugar, and yeast into a bowl. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes until it foams.

  2. Add flour, Greek yogurt, and salt and knead until no longer sticky.

  3. Form into a ball and transfer into a breased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Allow to sit for an hour, or until doubled in size.

  4. Once the dough has risen, remove from bowl and divdie into 6 pieces. Roll each into a ball and cover with a damp towel. All to rise for another 20 minutes.

  5. While dough is rising, chop cilantro and mince the garlic and add it to the melted butter and set aside.

  6. After 20 minutes, roll each ball into a ¼ inch thick oval shape. Heat a saute pan over medium heat with oil and cook each piece for 1 to 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.

  7. Brush with butter mixture and server immediately.
