  6. Chop parsley

  7. Shred red cabbage

  8. Combine all vegetables in a large bowl

  9. Add fresh or dry mint leaves

  10. In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, pomegranate molasses, sumac, and salt

  11. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss well

  12. Top with toasted pita bread pieces

  13. Serve immediately
