Lima Bean Chili
  1. Crumble & brown sausage over medium heat, drain fat, set aside

  2. Brown onion and garlic

  3. Add everything - tomatoes, spices, and sausage into a pot

  4. Simmer for ½ hour or more

  5. Refrigerate overnight, reheat the next day

  6. Serve with cilantro, sour cream, tortilla chips and rice
