Butter Bean & Leek Gratin
  1. Turn the oven to 180 degrees C fan.

  2. Add the leeks to frying pan with a little oil on a medium heat and fry until starting to colour.

  3. Then add the flour and stir until combined.

  4. Then add the milk and stir to absorb all the flour and allow the sauce to thicken for a minute.

  5. Turn off the heat and add the butter beans and cheese and mix thoroughly. Season if you wish.

  6. Finally spoon the mixture into an ovenproof dish and bake for 30 minutes.

  7. Then remove and that's it!
