Kick-ass Protein Cookie
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix together ¼ Cup Almond Flour, ¼ Cup Protein Powder, 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter, 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup, 1 Tbsp + 1 Tsp Milk, and a Sprinkle of Salt.

  3. Add and mix in 2 Tbsp Chocolate Chips.

  4. Place the dough on a parchment sheet in the shape of a ball and push it down a little, but do NOT flatten it all the way. Add extra chocolate chips on top.

  5. Bake for 6–8 minutes. Do NOT over-bake it, pull it around the 6:30 mark when it's underbaked. Let it rest for as much patience as you have.
