Add chicken breast to crock pot with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, ranch seasoning, and buffalo wing sauce
Cook on high for 2-2.5 hours until chicken reaches 160°F internal temperature
Add Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Cream Cheese, and Milk to the crock pot
Cook pasta in boiling water for 3 minutes
Add hot pasta to crock pot and stir well
Cook on high temperature for 1 hour, stirring a few times
Add sour cream and cook for another 20 minutes
