Protein Marshmallows
  1. Add 5 Tbsp of gelatin to a (cold) pan of 2 cups of water. Allow the gelatin to "bloom" for 5 minutes, then set heat to medium and whisk until all lumps are gone.

  2. Add that mixture to an electric mixing bowl and allow to cool for a few minutes.

  3. Once cooled down, set your mixer on the highest speed and add 2 scoops (30g) of your favorite whey.

  4. Depending on if your protein is vanilla / sweetened, you won't need any sugar or sweetener.

  5. You can taste it and make any adjustments.

  6. Once it's fully whipped and fluffy, line a dish with parchment paper and transfer the fluff into the dish.

  7. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm, slice into squares, place a popsicle stick in each one, then place back in the freezer overnight.

  8. The next day, melt chocolate and coat your marshmallow squares.

  9. The marshmallows will thaw pretty fast so just wait a few minutes to enjoy after coating.
