High Protein Garlic Butter Chicken & Creamy Potatoes
  1. Cook the Chicken on Medium High Heat for 6-8 mins for it to get golden brown

  2. Lower the heat completely when adding the extra butter, minced garlic and parsley. Give this a mix for 1 mins then set aside

  3. When adding the milk, make sure the pan is on medium low heat

  4. Stir continuously for about 5 mins till it bubbles a little and thickens, then add the cooked potatoes in

  5. To reheat, just place everything in a pan on low heat for 4-5 mins or microwave for 5 mins on a plate
