Egg Sando
  1. boil eggs for 9 minutes

  2. once cooked/cooled, peel and cut the eggs in half. Remove the yolks, chop and set aside the whites

  3. Add the yolks to a separate bowl and smash, add in mayo, mustard, salt, and sugar. Stir until creamy, add milk if the texture is too dry or needs thinning.

  4. Add the roughly shopped egg white to the egg yolk mixture. stir. put on bread :)
