Berry Coulis + Vanilla Protein Pudding
  1. Add chia seeds first, then milk to prevent clumping and mix well

  2. Blend protein powder, Greek yogurt, and 2 tsp vanilla syrup until smooth

  3. Add the protein mixture to the chia mixture and mix again

  4. For berry coulis: add frozen berries to a pot, roughly mash, add lemon juice and 2 tsp vanilla syrup, and simmer until saucy

  5. Portion the pudding into 4 jars

  6. Spoon berry coulis on top of each jar

  7. Add a few fresh berries to each jar if desired

  8. Refrigerate overnight before serving
