Pause, mix with spoon, and blend another 20-30 seconds until all curds are gone and texture is completely smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Transfer to a container and refrigerate for 1-2 hours (optional but recommended for better texture).
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 15 seconds, stir, then another 15 seconds until smooth. You may add 1 tsp coconut oil if desired.
Spoon dessert into bowls, drizzle melted chocolate on top, and sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts.
Chill briefly if you want a crackable chocolate layer.
