Easy Rice Pudding (with Leftover Rice)
  1. Add the rice, milk and vanilla to a saucepan and stir at low heat for 5-6 minutes until almost all the milk is absorbed.

  2. Cover with a lid and let sit for about 5 minutes.

  3. Top with cinnamon and fruit of choice and enjoy!
