High Protein Creamy Egg Sandwich
  1. First boil your eggs (i did 6 eggs) for 8 min, peel the shell and separate 2 yolks and place in a bowl

  2. Add 2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites, 2 tablespoons low fat cream cheese (i used light philadelphia), ½ tsp salt and pepper, ½ tsp onion powder, ½ tsp paprika, and chopped green onion / scallion

  3. Mix till creamy

  4. Chop up all the egg whites into small pieces and add into the bowl, mix till combined

  5. Add a bed of lettuce to 2 slices of wholegrain/wholemeal bread, then add the egg mix

  6. Top with red chilli flakes and parsley, then close with 2 more slices of bread
