Bok Choi with Garlic Sauce
  1. Wash and slice Bok Choi in half and set aside.

  2. Boiled water in a pot, about 2-3 cups of water.

  3. Add oil and pinch of salt.

    4 Blanched the bok choy until tender. Set aside in serving dish.

  4. In a saucepan, add all the garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and honey.

  5. Whisk well and let it simmer for about 2 minutes until the sauce is fully blended.

  6. Pour on top of Bok choi plate. Enjoy!
