Mix the greek yogurt, vanilla extract and honey together
Add the raspberries (wash and dry them well first) and mix together
Use a large spoon to add spoonfuls of the raspberry yogurt mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Place in the fridge for 2 hours or until frozen
Melt the dark chocolate
Use a fork to dip the yogurt clusters into the chocolate
Eat right away or store in the freezer for later
