Mom’s Chicken Salad
  1. Fill pot with water and season as desired. Bring water to boil.

  2. Add chicken breast. Bring to boil and reduce heat. Cook for 40 - 45 minutes.

  3. In a food processor, chop vegetables and chicken separately. Chop radishes last to avoid discoloration on other ingredients.

  4. Mix chopped ingredients with mayonnaise until desired texture is achieved.
