Silken Tofu Pudding
  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a saucepan with one tablespoon of water.

  2. Transfer to the container of a food processor along with the silken tofu. Process until smooth.

  3. Add brown sugar to taste, and sprinkle in the nutmeg. Process again until velvety.

  4. Divide half the pudding among 6 dessert cups. Top with a layer of sliced bananas followed by the remaining pudding.

  5. Garnish each serving with a slice of kiwifruit. Chill until needed.
