Mix apples, ½ cup brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp AP flour, and lemon juice in a large bowl
Allow apple filling to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes
In a large bowl, mix together oats, 1 cup brown sugar, flour, and 1 tsp salt
Slowly add melted butter to the oat mixture and mix well until butter is evenly distributed
Fill ramekins ¾ full with apple filling
Place 2-3 tablespoons of crumble topping on each ramekin and lightly press down
Preheat oven to 350°F
Bake for 25-30 minutes on the middle oven rack
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving
Top with vanilla ice cream and caramel before serving
