Caramel Apple Crumble With Vanilla Ice Cream
  1. Mix apples, ½ cup brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp AP flour, and lemon juice in a large bowl

  2. Allow apple filling to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes

  3. In a large bowl, mix together oats, 1 cup brown sugar, flour, and 1 tsp salt

  4. Slowly add melted butter to the oat mixture and mix well until butter is evenly distributed

  5. Fill ramekins ¾ full with apple filling

  6. Place 2-3 tablespoons of crumble topping on each ramekin and lightly press down

  7. Preheat oven to 350°F

  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes on the middle oven rack

  9. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving

  10. Top with vanilla ice cream and caramel before serving
