Season 200g chicken with tsp mild chilli powder, oregano, paprika then season with salt and pepper then add 5g runny honey, mix and add to a frying pan
Boil 150g dry pasta in salted water I used penne
When the chicken is cooked remove from the pan and then add 10g butter I used lurpak lightest and then add a diced white onion
Add a heaped tsp of garlic purée and then add 250g chopped tomatoes. Slowly stir in 90ml light single cream and leave to simmer. I then added a sprinkle of the above herbs again
Add your chicken back in then add in your cheese I used 30g @eatlean cheese and 25g mozzarella and add your pasta
I topped with some chopped coriander and scattered some Parmesan over
